I called for the shuttle provided by the hotel when i arrived at the airport and the person who answered said he'll send someone over. Waited but the shuttle didn't show up so I called back to check if i was in the right pickup location. A different person answered the phone and she said to hold on so she can check if the shuttle was on its way. It turned out the shuttle was not going to show up and she said to instead take a taxi and they'll pay for it. Anyway, the room wasn't too bad except we found out later that the walls were paper thin. We can listen to everything from the adjacent room even when they were talking normal. I found a Nike receipt on the floor so i'm not sure if the room was even cleaned. I scheduled a shuttle ride to CSLB the following morning to make sure my daughter and I will not be late for the school tour. The shuttle was 15 minutes late, I was afraid we were going to miss the guided tour. As it turned out, the front desk overbooked the shuttle schedule.The shuttle driver was really nice, he got us there on time. He made sure we got there on time, so big plus for him. Anyway, I called the front desk from my room to ask a question but no one would pick up the phone. I called twice, maybe 3x and they didn't want to pick up the phone, talk about customer service.
