Nice hotel

Only negatives were the pool and the location of the ice machines. The pool area could have been cleaner. Ice machines should really be on every floor, the only ice machine in sight was outside by the pool area. Other than that hotel staff were courteous and friendly and our stay was comfortable.

Very close to airport, nice modern room, free airport shuttle, very friendly staff, overall a great experience!

Small,clean , airport close

Pros: clean , close to airport
Cons: morning shuttle service
We stayed last minute because our plane got in tooooo late and the car rental was not open. The night clerk was very friendly and competent at 2am when we checked in. The room was very small. but very clean. The morning staff kept changing the rules about getting on a shuttle back to airport.

Ok stay practical. Had to call uber to get to ship. No shuttle to cruise.

Be ready to shell out more cash for a small room

I wasn't even in the room for an hour before the housekeeper barged in unannounced.. then they have a bunch of work or staying there that harass the hell out of you every time you walk to your car.. Felt totally unsafe as a woman.. oh and they charge $75 a day for incidentals and nine dollars a day for parking. Just a heads up

I was very satisfied with my stay. Enjoyed the breakfast at the penthouse. The newly remodeled room and the bed was really comfortable.

Pros: Shuttle within 3 miles
Cons: Management of shuttle, customer service, we almost missed our guided tour because of front desk mismanaging the shuttle schedule.
Location: Close to Cal State Long Beach
I called for the shuttle provided by the hotel when i arrived at the airport and the person who answered said he'll send someone over. Waited but the shuttle didn't show up so I called back to check if i was in the right pickup location. A different person answered the phone and she said to hold on so she can check if the shuttle was on its way. It turned out the shuttle was not going to show up and she said to instead take a taxi and they'll pay for it. Anyway, the room wasn't too bad except we found out later that the walls were paper thin. We can listen to everything from the adjacent room even when they were talking normal. I found a Nike receipt on the floor so i'm not sure if the room was even cleaned. I scheduled a shuttle ride to CSLB the following morning to make sure my daughter and I will not be late for the school tour. The shuttle was 15 minutes late, I was afraid we were going to miss the guided tour. As it turned out, the front desk overbooked the shuttle schedule.The shuttle driver was really nice, he got us there on time. He made sure we got there on time, so big plus for him. Anyway, I called the front desk from my room to ask a question but no one would pick up the phone. I called twice, maybe 3x and they didn't want to pick up the phone, talk about customer service.
