We had an amazing vacation as a family of four as well as my parents (kid’s grandparents). There were endless activities to do at the property, including the game room, board games, volleyball, and yard games. The place was set up so well and everything was thought of! Great for a family get together. Loved the coziness and special though for all the extra touches. Comfortable beds, volleyball court, beach wagon, game room, blankets and fireplace. Kids loved the juicer, everything is very well organized, and really comfortable beds. So close to the beach and centrally located. We loved our stay and hope to be back! Kept 6 teenagers engaged and busy.

This home was incredible! I would rate it as the best rental I have been to so far. Clean, comfortable and so organized! I could go on and on but you really should experience it for yourself! I highly recommend this place if you are needing a rental in Long Beach!

The house is lovely, very comfortable and complete. The whole family enjoyed the game room, the outdoor volley ball court, the jacuzzi and easy access to the beach. The master showers were amazing. The kitchen was well organized and fully equipped. We enjoyed time together, but also space to spread out.

We had fun, family time over Christmas. A small lighted tree was provided and the gas fire set the tone. We took advantage of all the opportunities to be together walking to the beach, soaking in the hot tub, eating a lot, playing games, doing a jigsaw puzzle and eating some more. It was the perfect setting for laugher, storytelling and loving.

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend and that meant our great had to be prepared. The kitchen is a dream! Everything you could want and more! And then there is the rest of the house.. amazingly appointed! The walk to the beach is short and parking plentiful for four family groups! We'll be back!

We had such a wonderful time at Seagrass. We were there with our children and grandchildren. This house has something for everyone no matter the time of year. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and has every appliance you could want. The beach is just a short walk away and the house is stocked with lots of beach toys for the kids. This house lacks nothing and provided our family with a wonderful vacation. Toby is a gracious host and we can't wait to come back.

Our second time at this home and it was just as amazing as the first time. We lucked out and had goregous sunny weather our entire time and so we took advantage of all the outdoor games, toys, and beach (bundled up for March of course) and had a blast. My only recommendation would be to get a new pillow topper for the master beds (they're worn in so we ended up with sore backs). We will be back for sure!! Thanks Toby!!

Plenty to do for 4 little 5 and under sand urchins. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and organized, easy for more than one cook to work at one time. The home gave a sense of calm, simply and tastefully decorated. I had to touch some of the plants to see if they were real. It was a sense of awe for me, walking the path to the beach and seeing the Pacific again after being away from the PNW for 55 years.

As many other reviewers and Toby shared, this home has nearly everything. The kitchen, game room, living room, board game wall, outdoor toys, etc. all allowed us to be thoroughly entertained on, what we learned, was the on record hottest weekend ever in Long Beach! The beds were comfortable, the space was great for a group of 6 adults and 3 children, and the kitchen and eating areas were a great size. My only complaint was I had intentionally searched for a home with AC and the listing shows AC but the AC is in the separate apartment for rent, not the main home, so that was pretty disappointing to learn upon moving in (and it being 80+ degrees in the house). Other than the AC though, we had a lovely time and would recommend others to stay as well.

My family of 10 (plus one doggo) had a wonderful stay at this home in Long Beach. The home was beautiful and so cozy immediately upon entering. Kitchen was stocked with every tool and appliance you could possibly need and all labeled and easy to find. The game room was super fun and a blast to play shuffleboard and ping pong. The fireplace was cozy for a chilly October stay. Checking in was a little tricky because it took us a moment to find the gate code for the entrance in the driveway, but once we knew to look under "driving directions" instead of "check in instructions" it resolved. We will definitely be back!
