"Just 2 concerns.....extreme chemical odor upon entering the front entrance door. Considering that the property had just opened, I assume it to be paint or varnish. Strategically placed exhaust fans could help. This odor was present in our room & remained in our clothing. The water pressure was not as expected & took an extremely long time to warm up. With only a handful of rooms being occupied & our showers being taken after the peak morning times, this is concerning."
