9.2/10 Wonderful! (724 reviews)
They make you pay before you stay (different to other QT hotels). Some basic amenities missing in the room, were brought by reception. My PJs, which I left under my pillow, were literally left in a ball on the bed. Clean room on arrival, but cleaning during the stay left much to be desired. Odd bathroom doors, would not want to be sharing a room with anyone…

Upgraded to excellent higher floor room overlooking Harbour, room cleaned, bed made every day of 5 night stay, multiple dining options chargeable to room, central for all things Auckland. Paid for buffet breakfast with room, is worth it to start each day especially when taking early start tours. Need a Show card to enter any Casino area.

"Location was excellent. It's the redeeming quality of this hotel which messed up my reservation. I was booked for 3 nights (Sept. 30, Oct 1 & 2); checkout Oct 3. I sent messages reminding the hotel that we will be checking in late for the Sept 30 booking, and that we might arrive after 7am barring ..."
