The room was small. There was 1 portion of coffee for two adults. The bed was terrible as the sides of the bed were super reinforced and it hurt to sit on it. The soap bar was micro sized.

The Trails Motel was clean, the staff were helpful and charming, and the location was perfect for our plans to bird watch around Owen's Lake. I'll definitely stay here again!

This is a typical old style motel, kept up well. Beds were comfortable, the heat worked (important in April). Hot water was off and I wasn’t about to get out of the shower to knock on management door, though they later apologized and said they could have solved the problem. It’s on the Main Street but I missed it at first because the sign was not lighted at night. Overall OK, though maybe a bit overpriced for the product.

The rooms were really small especially the bathroom. You could barely shut the door. The motel was convenient to town and sites.

This motel is perfect if you are just passing by and only staying a night or two. very friendly staff, quiet location. Only thing I will say is there is no hot water we went to try and take a shower and it was cold.

This is a very nice place to stay - affordable, seems newly refurbished, and I was very happy with my stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean & fresh. I highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable basic hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Exactly what we were looking for. Right next door to one of the places we wanted to see (Museum of Western Film History) and convenient to everything else. Only negative I can say was the pool wasn't open but frankly the weather was a bit cool for that anyway. Would stay again if in the area.

A cheap quick stay, but what you expect
Simple spot, cheap, not super clean, bugs in the lights that died, 2 pillows for king size bed that are 1.5” thick. Very slow internet. Could barely load the simplest of things on phone.

First of all as a girl tracking alone I didn’t feel safe at all! Also I went to go check in and there was no one there, and the office door was locked. I waited for 30 and still no one came, so I left. 0/10

Heater was not working right. Would go on for 30 seconds then turn off and then go on in 5 minutes. It eventually heated the room but kinda strange operation. The front desk wasn't available in the morning for checkout. The fridge was more a freezer than a fridge. I turned it to 1 but all my things ended up frozen. Would probably not return.

I'm not a big fan of negative ratings. And it really wasn't a "bad" experience. When we checked in the gentleman was very kind and helpful so that was a plus. We are pretty mellow so the following issues by which I'm giving a negative rating I'll leave up to everyone else that reads them: 1. We found some trash that was not cleaned up in the main drawer between the beds and that always gives a little uncomfortable feeling in terms of what else did they not clean? 2. Several times I went to the office during normal business hours to ask a question or get an item and except for the check in no one was ever there and the door was locked. 3. We requested cleaning service for 1 day. No one ever showed up and so we were so low on supplies I had to go buy toilet paper at the local store. 4. The key card stopped working on our last day (the day before morning check out). We noticed it before locking ourselves out and fortunately we were gonna check out a full day early anyway so I just dropped off the key cards when we left. But it would have been a huge issue if we had locked ourselves out and staff was not there to be found. 5. The TV did not work. The remote control worked just fine in terms of turning on the TV set but there were no available channels and the remote control provided no other function or effect on the tv set whatsoever. We were fine with it not working because we were focused on other things but it still should be an that works when you're paying for it
