It's clean and the A/C works well. The neighborhood is quiet so you can get to sleep early for those early morning hikes. It was a lot of driving, but we were glad to stay across from the Sierra Nevada and Mt. Whitney - gorgeous. This is a very comfortable home. The kitchen is the best equipped one for any VRBO we have stayed in. The location make for an easy walk to downtown, it was very clean with a comfortable bed and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The only real complaint is the water heater is very hot, so you need to be careful to not burn yourself when using hot water.
