Le service de petit déjeuner est quasi inexistant et contrairement au descriptif il n’y a pas de ménage quotidien. La déco du chalet, Le spa et les séances d’équitation sauvent la situation. Agréable mais sans plus. »

« It wasnt what we expected. Not ALL the rooms are renovated. Our room was dusty and smelled funny. The carpet was from the 70's and the curtains smelled cigarette. We had to sleep with windows open to make sure we would sleep properly. The bed was ok and the bathroom was clean at least. Service was fast and friendly and breakfast was ok. I would only recommand this place if you are on a budget and or/ Not allergic to dust. »

« Stayed there twice, room looked clean. But found dirty sheets in the closet shelf, the first stay. It not an official Motal, it a older building with rooms above a pub. No check in desk only the bartender in pub that checks you in. Paid a 100 deposit on Credit Card, but had to chase them down for a week to get it back. »

« Ce n'est absolument pas la faute du Spruce Hill Resort et Spa, j'avais réservé cet hotel sous un autre nom, le 108 mile Ranch... Il a été revendu, Hotel.com ne me l'a pas dit... L'hotel était fermé, en pleine rénovation. On nous a donné un chalet, mais aucune prestations qui m'avait fait choisir cet hotel n'existait... Pas de restau, pas de petit dejeuné, pas de piscine, de chevaux et d'ambiance western!!! RIEN! J'aurais aimé que Hotel.com me prévienne et me donne le choix d'aller ailleurs! Très...
