Benefiting from a comfortable double room and bunk beds in the second bedroom, a good-sized bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. With the addition of large windows and high ceilings this creates a light and spacious living area, perfect as a base to recharge after exploring London. Rosary gardens provides easy access to the many shops, bars and restaurants South Kensington has to offer. The space The entire property will be yours to enjoy and benefits from four large bedrooms, three bathrooms plus an additional separate toilet, two bright living spaces, contemporary kitchen, dining area, utility room and private garden. There are stairs within the property and access to the front door is also via stairs. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay and a welcome pack will be left inside which should answer any queries that arise throughout your stay Guest access Check in time is 3pm until 10pm and Check out by 11am. \*Please note we will check the passport of the person who made the booking upon arrival \* Other things to note Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. We also provide fresh, pressed bed linens and big fluffy towels for you. A linen change can also be arranged upon request and at an extra cost Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £25 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please note – that whilst this property is suitable for children and infants, any necessary equipment i.e. cots and high chairs can be arranged up on request and for an additional fee.
