There is no air condition at all , and wi-fi is working very limited , just from time to time...It would hard get one star, and not 3 and half as stated.It is shame for Expedia to sell apartment like this one.I have ten pictures to share with you if you like to see how it looks like.Best regards ! When we arrived there had been a plumbing failure in the unit intended for us, so he let us use the lower unit. Water from the upstairs was leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen onto the floor, countertop and stove. George said the plumber was coming so we could move upstairs after he was done in a couple hours. When we were back we looked at the other room and the floor boards were soaked, coming up and water logged with no fans running to try to dry out the space. We opted to stay in the lower unit even though we had paid extra for the better room. The bed was the cheapest spring mattress we have ever experienced and it was on a slat bed frame that was duct taped togetherwhich makes no sense. The walls were bare and painted institutional white. There was no TV, no shower curtain in the bathroom so water went everywhere and no garbage bin. The property charges an extra cleaning charge which we asked to be waived because of the circumstances but we never heard back from George about that. It was truly an awful flat and we would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Wouldn't say they were the luxury items described in the original post, but they would do. I got better in Premier Inn Hub last time - will go there next time, shame they were full this time around. Netflix offered? Erm , no. In fact the TV reception was terrible.
