The neighbourhood is amazing, there are a multitude of activities and things to do and see day and night. Shoreditch is a vibrant East London area full of galleries, live music, clubbing venues and every type of food from street food to high quality restaurants. The closest tube stations are Old Street, Hoxton Street and Liverpool street located an easy 10 minute walk away. Located on the 1st floor this apartment sits atop a lively central Shoreditch neighbourhood where weekends especially come alive. Perfectly sized friendly space for up to 4 guests in the pulsing heart of East London street culture, food scene, urban shopping, hip bars and clubs. The living space is open plan with work-desk and plenty of natural lighting and features a TV and a 3 seat sofa bed. A separate double bedroom with wardrobes, mirrors, hair dryer and premium quality linens compliment the residence. The bathroom has a shower, tub bath, hot water and complimentary Malin and Goetz body products. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking with dining area and includes washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, cooker (hob and oven), toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. WI-FI internet. EASY ACCESS TO ALL LONDON. A 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street Overground Station which connects with all main tube lines across central London. A 10 minute lazy walk to either Old Street or Liverpool Street tube lines. To reach Liverpool Street (Central, Hammersmith, Metropolitan, Circle lines and Overground/National rail) follow below: Fastest route - head south on Shoreditch high street for 10 minutes until you see Liverpool St Underground station on your right To reach Old Street (Northern and Overground lines) follow route below: Fastest route: Head slightly north of the flat. Turn left onto Rivington Street, following the small street until you join the main road ‘Great Eastern Street’. Continue to follow the main road until you reach Old Street. The station is located underneath the big roundabout. There are bus stops available 2 minutes walk from the flat with connections toward Old Street, Liverpool Street, London Bridge and many others. Tube maps are available at any tube station and they are very handy to have while exploring the City or download one of many map apps. Walking - If you prefer to walk, you can walk to Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Monument, Bank and all other major Central London locations within 20-30 minutes. \*our building has a media “wrap” which covers the outside of the first floor. The host was great, very fast with communication. The surrounding neighborhood is fast and noisy, which may be fine for the young folks but we’re old. We can’t fault the owner or property for that. Es wurde auch an die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten gedacht: gute Handtücher, ein paar Kaffee-tabs, Gewürze, genügend Spüli, genügend Toilettenpapier, ... Für uns war es das lauteste Apartment in dem wir je waren: es liegt im 1\. Stock und das Erdgeschoss wird von pop-up stores angemietet, in unserem Fall einem Barbie pop-up store. Dort wurde so laute Musik gespielt, dass wir den Bass durch unseren Körper vibrieren spürten, selbst wenn wir auf dem Bett lagen. Nachts war der Store zum Glück geschlossen. Leider habe ich Maria zu spät darüber informiert. Sie hätte sich sofort darum gekümmert. Also mein Tipp: Wenn Euch irgendetwas komisch vorkommt, kontaktiert Maria. Sie antwortet sofort und kümmert sich. Ich würde auch ohne pop-up store Ohrstöpsel zum Schlafen empfehlen, da auch nebenan Party gemacht wird und der Verkehr laut ist. Ansonsten: Tolles Viertel, nettes Apartment und super Verwaltung durch Maria! ##### Martina B. She was quick with her answers to my minor questions and the info she provided ahead of arrival and inside the flat for guests was perfect and clear. So often, I'll read and follow instructions given and things don't work as the hosts say or expect. Maria's instructions made everything work perfectly easy. The flat itself is exactly as depicted in the listing photos. Everything was clean, comfortable and worked well. There was sufficient utensils, dish and cooking ware and the provided bedding and towels were fresh and clean. This flat was perfect for my stay as a single guest on a business trip and would work for a single or couple as tourists interested in staying in this neighborhood. Thank you Maria. ##### Jim M.
