The apartment (although located close to Oxford Street and large) is of poor quality. Three flights of stairs with no elevator. Dingy carpets, poor lighting (no lamps anywhere), ancient radiators (which you have to switch on), insufficient hot water for a bath, uncomfortable sofa (which had been made into a bed for my stay). All in all a dreary experience.
