The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The third bedroom is a cosy place to call your own, and again, features a double bed with a large floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the communal gardens, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for rest and rejuvenation after a busy day. It also includes children’s toys and board games to entertain family guests, as well as a desk and chair for added productivity during your stay.

This spacious family bathroom offers a bath, toilet, and a large mirror. Perfect for unwinding after a day out, run the bath and soak the day away. The stylish wood-effect panelling gives it a spa-like feel, to the space, and the heated towel rack adds a touch of luxury, where you can grab one of the plush towels and leave feeling brand new!  
  
Private Balcony:  
The generous south-facing balcony overlooks the landscaped gardens and River Thames, with an outdoor dining table that seats six. Step outside with your morning coffee or pour a glass of wine, sit, and enjoy the views with your guests.  
  
Memories are made in this brilliantly located and beautifully designed home! With nearby transport links that can easily take you into the heart of London, a newly renovated space with modern appliances, and 24/7 on-site security, you will truly find the city escape you’ve been looking for.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.  
  
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!  
  
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me.  
  
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.  
  
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!  
  
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.  
  
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.  
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.  
  
No parties, events, or loud music allowed.  
No smoking is allowed.  
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises  
  
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
