### Two Bedroom Apartment Muswell Hill | Second Floor

The genteel urban village of Muswell Hill centres on the Broadway, lined with delis, fashion boutiques, chic cafes, and international restaurants. Alexandra Park has playgrounds, woods, and a boating lake, as well as the hilltop Alexandra Palace, a 19th-century edifice with panoramic city views, that hosts gigs and events. Walking trails criss-cross Highgate Wood, home to sports pitches and a cafe.

To help protect our properties and community while ensuring a seamless guest experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider).  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process.  
  
Your Guest Portal will also include:

Check-in instructions with photos  
Your access code, which becomes available at your confirmed check-in time (usually 3 PM)

1\. The property entrance is through Athenaeum Place (the back alleyway, not the main street, which is called Fortis Green)—see the attached pictures.  
2\. Please go to the end of the street and up the last staircase to the right. Use the middle key box A next to number 89 to retrieve keys to the flat (code available at your confirmed check-in time in this app's 'Door codes' section).  
3\. For rubbish, put it in the bin at the end of Athenaeum Pl - it's collected twice daily.
