This was a great hotel choice for my family of 4. A whole apartment in a very convenient location, with a view of the Tower Bridge. The rooms are very nice, the renovation appears to be fresh with high quality finish and materials. There was even a clothes washer/dryer unit in the full kitchen. All service staff were very friendly and accommodating. The main underground line station is only steps away, as well as the Tower of London and many restaurants. The only negative comment I might provide is that it faces a busy street and there is an underground line below the building so you hear lots of city noise and frequent low rumble of the trains passing deep below. If you are not someone who wants this sort of city noise, then look elsewhere. It didn't bother me too much, the view and location outweighed it for us.
