This bright and newly refurbished 3-bedroom home offers a comfortable and contemporary retreat in the heart of Peckham. Designed across multiple levels with a private patio and well-appointed interiors, it’s ideal for families or small groups exploring London. Located within walking distance of Peckham’s buzzing restaurants, bars, and green spaces, the home combines local character with everyday convenience.

• Open-plan lounge and dining area with large corner sofa, TV, and a dining table for up to 6 guests  
• Separate, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and direct access to the rear patio  
• Private outdoor patio with outdoor seating, perfect for warmer days

• Three bedrooms: two designed for adults, and one decorated as a children’s room
