They are painted shut for "security reasons".Very nice neighborhood. TV took a while to figure out, but we were able to watch CNN news and netflix. Kitchen was adequate and basic. Enjoyed the stylish kettle and the espresso/coffee maker. The basement level bedroom was very dark with no ventilation as it’s mostly below ground.
