We were woken up by the fire alarm with no explanation afterwards. House keeping tried to come into our room 3 times after the fire alarm but before check out also so definitely unimpressed to say the least but there’s only so much they have control over.

Also, for our housekeeping staff coming to your room prior to 12 noon. That is a common practice for us to check for departures, as some guests do leave before noon. In future, please use your do not disturb sign for a more restful experience.

We wish we could operate on a 24 hour basis, but as it is surrounded by guest rooms on the 2nd floor, we cannot due to noise disturbance. Best of a bad bunch. I have stayed here previously. Unfortunately London Ontario does not have a great selection of choices but for my purposes of size of the room, comfort and amenities for one night was perfect!

Traveled to London to visit friends for the weekend, and knew we would be arriving late. We decided to stay our first night at the Park. Check in was quick and easy, which I appreciated, arriving at 11pm with two small children. Within minutes we were parked in the secure underground garage, and up into our room. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and just what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again

You’re in the heart of London. A lot of people walking and talking and laughing. You’re a walk away from London’s Main Street. There is tons of food and parking just expect traffic around the hotel any time after 9pm on weekends.
