The sofa bed offers extra space if you're a group of 3 or 4 and the additional TV in the bedroom offers a separate area for movie lovers. Decorated in soft earthy tones, this raised ground floor apartment has a feeling of the Mediterranean in the heart of Notting Hill. Every HoK Living home is renovated and maintained to an exacting standard and we're available should our guests or tenants require assistance. We utilize Superhog, a third-party service, for advanced guest screening and property damage protection. This service safeguards against property damage up to a specified limit. I felt super safe in the neighborhood, and it was easy to feel at home. Ubers and black cars were quick and easy to get over to other areas of London and explore. This was a fluke due to a problem with cleaning people, but nevertheless, it means that I didn't have the experience of arriving to see it in it's cleanest state. It was cleaned for me very quickly, but, the arrival experience tainted the first impression. Otherwise, everything else about the apartment was excellent. Location, comfort, owner comminication,etc. One other slight observation, there were not instructions on how to work things. Took me some time to figure out the induction stove and oven, the TV remotes, and how to heat the place up when it got cold. Otherwise, since I'm a smart person, I managed it, but didn't really want to have to spend my time on that. I would definitely stay here again, and have recommended it to other friends here in Vancouver. ##### Susan E. The property was one block from the famous Portobello Market and surrounded by wonderful food and shopping options.
