ANd the wifi didn't work for about 24 hours while we were there. Bus ride to Kingston Upon Thames for shopping, restaurants, etc. Kitchen included everything needed to have simple meals in room (no oven). Didn't seem to have a staff onsite, however as we didn't see anyone the entire time we were there. Wi-fi was definitely a problem and we didn't get strong cell signal, so if connection is important to you, you shouldn't choose to stay here. No air conditioning and limited movement of air (even with skylights and windows open).
