The Space:  
This flat features a sleek, modern design with plenty of room to spread out and make yourself comfortable. The living area is bright and airy, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, whether you're a seasoned chef or just enjoy dabbling in culinary delights. Each bedroom is equipped with cosy beds and ample storage, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The three bathrooms are clean and contemporary, providing everyone with their own space to refresh and rejuvenate. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the sights and sounds of the bustling neighbourhood below. It’s a perfect spot to start or end your day, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.  
  
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.  
  
Guest Access:  
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with self check-in, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in a lively and friendly neighbourhood, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep. From charming cafes and local markets to beautiful parks and cultural landmarks, there’s no shortage of things to do and see. Public transport links are excellent, making it easy to explore all that London has to offer.  
  
Getting Around:  
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area with multiple parks in easy reach. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home is closest to Harlesden Park Station so you have easy access to anywhere in London. In addition, you’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note: There is a lift in the building; however, in the event it is out of service, guests will need to use the stairs to access the apartment. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept this.  
  
The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.
