Arranged across two distinct levels, the home blends intelligent use of space with Sejour’s signature sense of calm and simplicity. On the entrance level, the open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, wall-mounted TV, and built-in storage. A round dining table for two sits beside the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, hob, under-counter fridge, and integrated dishwasher. The adjoining bathroom is finished with refined tiling and features a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. A set of fixed wooden steps leads to the mezzanine level, where a double bed and bedside shelf create a private sleeping space. Wardrobe and drawer storage are located below, ensuring the layout remains open and uncluttered. Tall windows, natural light, and a neutral palette enhance the sense of calm, while wooden floors, open shelving, and soft greenery bring warmth and texture throughout. Please note: the mezzanine ceiling height is reduced, making this area best suited for sleeping only.
