Le jardin n'est pas aménagé, il n'y a même pas une table. Les vitres sont horriblement sales et remplies de toiles d'araignées. Stores sales également. Canapé tâché, les moquettes également. La cuisine est d'un autre temps très peu équipée, on n'y voit rien, éclairage non adapté. Des réparations sont à faire. Des lampes non fonctionnelles...C'est dommage car il y a une beau potentiel. L'appartement était propre, bien nettoyé, le linge aussi. Situation calme, bus à la porte et métro à proximité. Quartier populaire et sympa. ##### Laurence C.
