Welcome to our stunning home, a thoughtful conversion of the St Frideswides Chancel. This unique property, originally developed in the late 1800s by members of Christ Church College, Oxford, retains its historic charm with modern updates for a comfortable stay.  
  
Upon entering, you are greeted by an expansive living area with restored and reclaimed period features, including a beautiful spiral staircase and crittall windows. The living space is adorned with plush seating and ambient LED lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

\- Living Area: Spacious with plenty of seating, including a large sofa and additional chairs, perfect for relaxing or socializing. The area also features a smart TV with streaming capabilities.

\- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including an instant boiling water tap and bespoke concrete counters.  
\- Bathroom: Stylish bathroom with unique tiling and modern fixtures.

\- Check-in/out times: Check-in after 3pm and check-out before 11am. A £30 charge applies for early check-in or late check-out without prior permission.  
  
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.  
  
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.  
  
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
