This charming ground floor flat in Hammersmith combines bright modern design with comfort, offering the perfect London base for two guests. It is equipped with 100 MB fibre internet & a separate study room which can be used for remote working or for your travel cot. Thoughtfully styled and flooded with natural light, it blends contemporary touches with homely details, making it an inviting retreat after a day in the city.  
  
The property features one comfortable double bedroom, a separate study room and a bathroom with a bath and a mounted rain shower, creating a space that feels both practical and relaxing.  
  
The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is the heart of the home. White walls and sleek cabinetry keep the look fresh and modern, while wooden worktops and flooring bring warmth and character. A cosy sofa, TV, and dining table for four make the room ideal for evenings in, while pops of colour from patterned cushions, a geometric rug, and cheerful artwork add charm and personality. Decorative shelving with books and greenery enhances the homely feel, creating a stylish yet welcoming space to unwind.

The flat is set in the sought-after area of Hammersmith, with Brackenbury Village and Shepherd’s Bush just a short stroll away. Hammersmith is known for its riverside walks along the Thames, bustling pubs, and cultural spots like the Hammersmith Apollo. Shepherd’s Bush offers the iconic Westfield shopping centre, packed with designer stores, high-street brands, and a wide choice of restaurants and cafés. Closer to home, Brackenbury Village has a more relaxed feel, with leafy streets and independent shops and eateries. You can enjoy a pint at The Andover Arms or The Anglesea Arms, or try local favourites such as The Grove or Brackenbury Wine Rooms for a cosy evening out.  
  
The flat is just a short walk from Ravenscourt Park, less than ten minutes away. This beautiful green space offers tennis courts, a café, a bowling green, a garden centre, and a peaceful pond — perfect for leisurely strolls, relaxed afternoons, or a spot of fresh air during your stay.  
  
Transport links are excellent, making travel around London simple and convenient. Hammersmith Underground Station connects you to the Piccadilly, District, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines, offering direct routes to central London and Heathrow. Ravenscourt Park station is nearby with District Line services, while Goldhawk Road station connects you to the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, providing easy access across the city.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.  
  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.  
  
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:  
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.  
  
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.  
  
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
