Property Details: This 93-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The two-bedroom space features a street-facing view and includes a comfortable double bed with a superior quality mattress for a restful sleep. Additionally, the third bedroom faces other buildings, offering a quieter and more private outlook. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat features 1.5 bathrooms, accessible via the hallway. There is one full bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a separate WC with an additional toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Despite being listed for 6, there was only crockery for 4 and only 3 mugs! ##### CAROLINE B. The location is excellent – it's right near Bond Street, so we were close to lots of great shops, restaurants, and cafes. Oxford Street is just a short walk away, and we also loved being near Hyde Park. The check-in and check-out process is ok, we never saw the host. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels and comfy bedding. ##### Timothee M.
