Stay in the heart of Mayfair in this top-floor apartment, ideal as a central base for exploring London. The home offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a distinctive mezzanine level, combining period character with contemporary touches. Lift access is available. Just moments from Hyde Park, shops, restaurants, and excellent transport links. Best suited for short city stays and guests planning to spend most of their time out enjoying London. Ideal for city breaks and efficient London stays. Now.  
  
The Space:  
  
This private Mayfair apartment is located on the 4th floor of a period building with lift access and offers approximately 108 sqm of internal space.  
  
The main bedroom features a super king bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes. The mezzanine level provides a second sleeping area with a UK small double bed (120 cm x 190 cm). Please note that this bed is more suitable for one adult or for occasional use.  
  
There are two bathrooms. One includes a walk-in shower, and the second has a shower over bath.  
  
The reception and dining area benefits from good natural light and features bay windows and original period detailing. A staircase from the living area leads to the mezzanine level.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and essential cookware suitable for short stays.  
  
The apartment includes WiFi, secure building entry, lift access, and portable air conditioning units located in the main bedroom and mezzanine.   
  
This apartment is best suited for guests looking for a central, well-located base in Mayfair while spending most of their time exploring the city.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Guests will collect their keys via KeyNest. A unique collection code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Keys must be returned to the same KeyNest location upon departure.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
The apartment is located in the heart of Mayfair, a central London area known for its period architecture, independent boutiques, restaurants, and galleries. Mount Street Gardens, The Connaught Hotel, and well known dining spots such as Scott’s are all within a short walk.  
  
Berkeley Square is nearby, along with Bond Street and Savile Row for shopping. Hyde Park and Green Park are also within walking distance, providing green space close to the city centre.  
  
This is a lively and well connected part of London, with easy access to the West End, theatres, museums, and major landmarks. Public transport links are excellent, making it easy to travel across the city and to mainline stations and airports.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The apartment is a short walk from Green Park Underground Station (Jubilee, Victoria, and Piccadilly lines), providing direct access across London.  
  
Approximate travel times:  
  
King’s Cross St Pancras – 15 mins by Tube  
  
Victoria Station – 10 mins by Tube  
  
Heathrow Airport – 35 mins via Piccadilly Line  
  
Gatwick Airport – 45 mins via Victoria Station

Many of London’s key attractions, including Bond Street, Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and the West End, are within easy walking distance.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
There is an internal staircase in the apartment leading to the mezzanine level. Children under the age of 10 should always be supervised when using the stairs.  
  
The mezzanine bed is a UK double (135 cm x 190 cm) and has a lower ceiling height than the main rooms.  
  
The master bedroom bed is a UK super king (180 cm x 200 cm).  
  
Air conditioning is provided via portable AC units located in the mezzanine and master bedroom only. These are effective for those rooms but may not cool the entire apartment during very hot weather.  
  
The building’s lift is sufficient but compact – unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible. As with many beautiful period buildings, the layout and lift size reflect the property’s historic character.  
  
Rubbish and recycling collection follows Westminster Council schedules, with disposal permitted from 8pm onwards - details provided in the welcome guide.  
  
If you are checking in late at night, please note that KeyNest locations may close before your arrival. In this case, we can arrange an in-person meet & greet or provide access via an external lockbox.  
  
For security, there is CCTV outside the apartment via a Ring doorbell. There is no CCTV inside the property.
