Summary:  
Experience luxury Mayfair living in this stylish and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a unique mezzanine level. Located in the heart of London’s most prestigious neighbourhood, this top-floor home blends period charm with modern comfort, featuring lift access and air conditioning. Just moments from beautiful gardens, luxury shopping streets, and award-winning restaurants, it’s the perfect base for business trips, family stays, or city breaks.  
  
The Space:  
This secure and private Mayfair apartment is set on the 4th floor of a charming period building with lift access and offers 108 sqm of beautifully presented living space. The main bedroom features a super king bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes. The mezzanine level provides a cosy second sleeping area with a UK small double bed (120 cm x 190 cm), ideal for extra guests or a quiet retreat.  
  
There are two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a shower-over-bath. The bright reception and dining area is a highlight, with bay windows, elegant cornicing, and a statement staircase leading to the mezzanine.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential cookware. The apartment also benefits from, a lift, portable air conditioning units (in the master bedroom and mezzanine), WiFi, and a Secure entry system.   
  
Thoughtfully furnished for comfort and style, this home offers a rare combination of space, natural light, and prime location in Mayfair.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will collect their keys via KeyNest. A unique collection code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Keys must be returned to the same KeyNest location upon departure.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Situated in the heart of Mayfair, one of London’s most sought-after districts, this area is lined with elegant period architecture, designer boutiques, and some of the city’s finest dining. Nearby you’ll find The Connaught Hotel, Scott’s seafood restaurant, and the tranquil Mount Street Gardens, all within a few minutes’ walk.  
  
Berkeley Square is just around the corner, and the luxury shopping destinations of Bond Street and Savile Row are close by, along with renowned art galleries, chic cafés, and historic pubs. Hyde Park and Green Park are within walking distance, offering a welcome escape in the middle of the city.  
  
This location combines the buzz of central London with the refinement of a traditional neighbourhood. With excellent transport links, the West End theatres, museums, and famous landmarks are just minutes away, while Heathrow, Gatwick, and London’s main train stations are all reachable in under an hour.  
  
Getting Around:  
The apartment is a short walk from Green Park Underground Station (Jubilee, Victoria, and Piccadilly lines), providing direct access across London.

King’s Cross St Pancras – 15 mins by Tube  
Victoria Station – 10 mins by Tube  
Heathrow Airport – 35 mins via Piccadilly Line  
Gatwick Airport – 45 mins via Victoria Station  
Luton Airport – 50 mins via St Pancras  
Stansted Airport – 1 hour via Liverpool Street  
  
Many of London’s key attractions, including Bond Street, Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and the West End, are within easy walking distance.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
There is an internal staircase in the apartment leading to the mezzanine level. Children under the age of 10 should always be supervised when using the stairs.  
  
The mezzanine bed is a UK double (135 cm x 190 cm) and has a lower ceiling height than the main rooms.  
  
The master bedroom bed is a UK super king (180 cm x 200 cm).  
  
Air conditioning is provided via portable AC units located in the mezzanine and master bedroom only. These are effective for those rooms but may not cool the entire apartment during very hot weather.  
  
The building’s lift is sufficient but compact – unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible.  
  
As with many beautiful period buildings, the layout and lift size reflect the property’s historic character.  
  
Rubbish and recycling collection follows Westminster Council schedules, with disposal permitted from 8pm onwards — details provided in the welcome guide.  
  
If you are checking in late at night, please note that KeyNest locations may close before your arrival. In this case, we can arrange an in-person meet & greet or provide access via an external lockbox.  
  
For security, there is CCTV outside the apartment via a Ring doorbell. There is no CCTV inside the property.
