Emplacement calme et ideal
Bel appartement très bien situé et très calme. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle ( seulement 2 petites cuillères!?) Et nous coupions le chauffage la nuit car il est assez bruyant mais on a passé un très bon séjour.

Tout simplement extraordinaire!
L’appartement est vraiment très bien et représente ce que nous voyons sur le site, je l’ai même déjà recommandé à des gens depuis mon retour. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, en plein coeur de Coven Garden où l’ambiance est belle. Sole est très professionnelle, courtoise, échanges, arrivées tout a bien été et merci à Teddy pour son accueil également. En passant, hésitez pas à aller manger un fish and chips au restaurant Rock and Sole Plaice tout près et succulent.

Great location, plenty of space
This flat is in a great area. Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and theaters. It was very clean and well stocked. This flat is on the fifth floor, so there are a lot of steps, but that does help with the street noise during the day. Nights were very quiet and the bed is super comfortable. I slept very well while staying here.

Convenient and spacious
If you want a perfect location to explore London and enjoy the theatre and dining around Covent Garden, this is it. Food and drink are steps away and you can bring it home to enjoy in this lovely flat or eat out. We enjoyed all the Christmas lights and decorations around town and at Kew.

This was the definition of the perfect place to stay and explore London. Not only was it ideally located, but the flat was spotless, equipped with everything needed and very comfortable. Everything you would need or want was within walking distance - literally. Walk out the door to bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shopping, site seeing and theater and come back to rest/relax or in my case catch my Buckeyes playing. Sole was an incredibly gracious host: friendly, communicative and helped us navigate a couple timing issues. I would definitely recommend and stay again if back in London.

Cool place. Loved the location. A couple of things need updating (handle to door on terrace and a more effective shower curtain). The steps are a bit difficult but we got used to it. Overall we loved it. Would stay there again. And Sole was super nice.

Unbeatable location
Sole was a great property manager and her flat was fantastic! The location is unbeatable in my opinion. It was near tons of shopping and theatres, but more importantly great restaurants and pubs! The nearest tube station was only 2 blocks away so it was easy to get to and from the airport and other points of interest.

Excellent location right in the heart of Covent garden
The flat is well suited for covent garden shopping and eating as well as west end theatre. Easy walk and multiple tube lines close by. The Flat is the top floor with alot of narrow windy stairs. It was a bear with luggage but not a bother without. The kitchen could do with a bit more, there were only 2 mugs, no coffee, etc but with so much outside your door there is not much reason to cook. The living area does not have any chairs so if you are a larger group you would have to use the dining room to gather. The host was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Once you are inside the flat is comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed it

Perfect location
We loved the Seven Dials area as our base for 5 days in London. Close to restaurants, grocery, subway and theaters. The apartment was quiet for sleeping, even when the bars were happing on the streets below.

First off for a person with mobility issues like myself the 66 narrow winding stairs to the apt and the 14 other stairs to the bathroom and bedroom was an issue. Other than that the apt was very large, well decorated. The two living room chairs as advertised were missing so you had to sit at the kitchen table. The host met us and gave us a tour and instructions. It was around the corner from pubs, grocery store (groceries, wine beer), very close to the easy to use subway and good restaurants. It has a nice balcony off the bedroom where we enjoyed our evening drinks. For someone without mobility issues this is a great place to stay.

Superb location for first time London visitors
This was our first time visiting London from the US and researched a central location in a buzzy area. This flat is in a great location near several tube stations, local restaurants and pubs, and easy to get to the sites (walking or tube). We are very glad we stayed in Covent Gardens! The flat is spacious, unique, and even has a little terrace patio off the main bedroom. Like most buildings, there is no lift so be prepared to trek up stairs each time in and out. Thanks Sole for a great stay!

Fantastic Location
If you want to be central in London, surrounded by theatre, art, wonderful restaurants, delightful pubs, then this is your place. The loft was exactly as pictured and felt so spacious. Yes, the stairs are formidable if you have too much luggage (which, alas, we did) and the kitchen equipment was pretty meagre ( including no wine glasses) but these are very small potatoes. We highly recommend Sole’s place.

Tolle Wohnung in Toplage!
Diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete und ruhige Wohnung mit kleiner Dachterrasse im Herzen von Covent Garden lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zwei bequeme Doppelbetten, eine ausreichend eingerichtete Küche mit großem Gasherd und zwei Backöfen , eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, ein Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, Fernseher, Handtücher, Bettwäsche - alles perfekt! Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Beamer im Schlafzimmer oben und die riesige Auswahl an Filmen, Musik DVDs und Büchern - Kunstbände, Musikbände, Belletristik… Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Covent Garden, Soho, Westminster, Kensington etc. sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Mehrere Underground Stationen sind ebenfalls um die Ecke. Ebenso wie Supermärkte und tausende von Restaurants! Von Heathrow braucht man mit der Underground keine Stunde zur Wohnung. Der Kontakt zu Sole war super! Sie hat uns im Vorfeld mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt, Checkin und Checkout liefen einwandfrei! Für uns gibt es beim nächsten Londonbesuch keine Alternative zu Soles Wohnung !

Terrific Location!
We spent a month here and had a great time. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We were amazed at how quiet it was despite its central location. It’s a quick walk to lots of restaurants and theaters and several tube stops. The stairs have been mentioned before but we can attest to the fact that they’re only an effort when you are carrying a suitcase! Sole was very understanding when we turned up a bit later than anticipated due to a tube strike. All in all a lovely experience.

This husband and wife pair stayed here on business for 5 weeks Nov-Dec 2020 that spanned various lockdown Tiers. Sole is a very attentive host. This flat is in an excellent Seven Dials location, just a walk from West End theatres, the Thames, Covent Garden, The City, Soho and much more. There's a Tesco Metro close by, and many pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. It's a top floor flat, with high ceilings and great natural light, as the photos show. The pleasant little private terrace, off the loft bedroom, overlooks over Neal's Yard area and city lights, nice for cocktail hour! The stairs are as described by the host and previous guests - about 67 of them from street level? - manageable by a normally fit person (we're in our mid-60s and had no trouble.) The kitchen has all the basics; the dining space is ample for a group. The TV/"living room" area is a nice, large space. The only downside: there's no comfortable seating in it for two to hang out together. There's one Eames-style armchair with ottoman (pictured), comfortable enough for one person. But no sofa or 2nd comfortable chair. There's a large mattress on a frame (pictured), where you can prop yourself against the wall with pillows with your legs stretched out before you, which we didn't find super-comfy for either reading or watching TV. We each had a place to work - one at a laptop on the upstairs desk, the other on the dining table. Excellent wi--fi. We brought our Roku device so were able to get Netflix etc. in addition to the available local stations.

We had a lovely three nights here. Location spot on, so many places to walk to within 10 minutes. Uber service great for those locations further afield. Apartment as described, you get used to the stairs once you have got your luggage up! Large, very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen but really with London on your doorstep why cook.

Cool pad in a fabulous location
We stayed at this delightful property for a week. The communication with property manager was excellent. The apartment is a stylish bijoux penthouse apartment. It is really perfect for two but at a pinch could accommodate 4. The terrace was an added bonus as I would sit up there just absorbing the density of London life. Some of the appliances are quirky, the water pressure is minimal but the water is hot. The stairs are a challenge on the first day and not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or those with respiratory problems but otherwise - they make you fitter! Perfect location to enjoy London.

This was a great location to stay while in London. The neighborhood of Convent Glen was amazing and we were so close to everything. The underground was very convenient and we could walk to everything else. The apartment itself was just lovely and had a real charm about it. Sole was amazing to work with. The day we arrived there was a protest in London and a lot of road closures, it took us forever to get to the flat. She was gracious and patient. The listing details are very transparent, but I will say the stairs were quite a struggle for us with a good amount of luggage. The shower is unique, we were prepared for the handle vs. overhead shower head as indicated in the listing, but the water pressure was really poor. Overall I have no complaints, the location was close to everything we wanted to be near and we enjoyed the adorable loft space. Thanks!

Einem Kenner von London braucht man nicht lange zu erklären, wie toll gelegen diese Wohnung ist - besser geht's kaum. Tolles Quartier, nahe am Underground. Sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung mit raffinierter Raumaufteilung. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Dusche in der Badewanne ist praktisch unbenützbar, da kein Wasserdruck. Baden problemlos.

While the apt could use a little TLC (lightbulbs out, touch-up paint, new mattress, sitting chair) you shouldn’t mind as you come to London to see the sites and you choose this apt. for it’s location: restaurants, pubs, shopping, access to underground, marketplace all outside the door within 2 shorts blocks. I recommend Canela opposite the apt for a light, casual dinner (i enjoyed garlic prawns, olives, bread, house wine). Sole responded within hours pre check-in, was happy to allow an early check-in (when possible). It was just me and my 15 year-old daughter, we appreciated the extra space and two floors. The bathroom and bedroom are upstairs; 55 stairs to the apt, but you only go up/down 1 or 2 times a day - it is worth it! I would highly recommend and stay again in a heart beat!

Our family ( four of us) had a great time staying at the flat, it’s on the third floor(need to climb with luggages), the building is next to the famous Neal’s Yard, right in the center of the shops, restaurants, bars. Very roomy flat, clean, quiet, bright, and airy, with tasteful decor. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, washer and dryer worked well. All the shops closes at 8pm, it’s so quiet at night. The location made it possible to walk to the landmarks for sightseeing. We figured out to sit in the deep bath tub to shower instead of standing, which is not a problem :) Communications with Sole was quick and pleasant, thanks!

Great Property and Terrific Location
This apartment is just off Neal's Yard in the Seven Dials area of Covent Garden. It's our second time using this building as our base and it can't be beat. Covent Garden is so lively and vibrant with amazing restaurants (everything you could want), lots of historic pubs, and great shopping. It's also the heart of the theatre district, which is terrific. Plus, you can walk just about everywhere (we did) or jump on the Tube with three stations very nearby (get Oyster Cards - they are great). We loved Sole's apartment. It's airy and spacious with high ceilings, large windows, and lots of light. It was also sparkling clean and well supplied for our stay. Communication couldn't have been better, either. Responses were always quick and helpful and Sole is very accommodating. There are just two possible drawbacks to the property (although neither was an issue for us and we hope to return). This property would be tough for anyone who struggles with stairs, as one of its best features is its location at the top of the building - about a 54 step climb - but boy is it worth it for the extra space, ceiling height, views, and veranda. We didn't mind the climb at all. The other is that there is no shower - just a tub with a spray nozzle, but for one week, we were fine with this and the water is nice and hot. We also appreciated the washer and dryer and supply of laundry detergent and the well-stocked kitchen. The place is so cozy and cute and we always looked forward to returning to it after a day out exploring. Oh, and we had zero noise issues from the street below, even on New Years Eve! Thank you Sole for a great stay!

Great location, not the best accommodations
Fantastic location on fourth floor, one half block from Seven Dials (beware: no lift and the four floors of stairs are very narrow, steep, and curving). However, the apartment was a bit worn from lack of upkeep; did not have a proper shower (tub with spray nozzle and no curtain) or proper bed (a thin mattress on a wood platform); and appliances that did not work (clothes dryer and stereo).

Hi Gary, the property is listed with no elevator (3rd floor) so this is not usually a surprise for my guests. Shower always have been like that and pictures are pretty accurate, sorry you didn't find it convenient - also for the bedroom there are controversial opinions. I prefer hard mattress but this is just my opinion. Dryer it's working and also the stereo downstairs - you should have sent me an email/message to help you with that. A Pretty Good Stay
We stayed here for a week in July. The apartment is quite spacious and is within a 5 minute walk of the Covent Garden tube station. The unit is a four story climb up a rather narrow, winding stair case. We found the unit to be clean but a little dated. It was unusually hot during our visit and with being on the 3rd floor (with the bedroom another level up) and no ceiling fans it was uncomfortable. Street noise was prominent, but this may be easier to conceal when windows do not need to be opened. The kitchen is very basic and small. The mattress is quite firm and clothing storage is limited to a closet. If you're used to showers, like us, the tub with shower handle takes some getting used to, but we expected that. I was unable to find an outlet near a mirror for drying hair, etc. Everyone has different standards/amenities that matter to them, so hopefully this will help you decide.

Great option for a London visit
Jan was very nice to work with, and very responsive, as was Haitham who helped us check in. The apartment is very well maintained and decorated, and you can't beat the location, right in the hear of the Seven Dials area in Covent Garden with easy access to 2 tube stations and walking distance to Soho, Leicester Square and the rest of the Covent Gardens area. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen also. Couldn't recommend the place more. Our security deposit was also promptly refunded on checkout. The only issue we had was with the bathtub. It was a little tough for taller people to shower, given the hand-held shower, and no curtain. But very minor in the big scheme of things. A great place to stay
