With a bus stop right outside and the Overground station just 30 steps away, your London adventure is effortlessly within reach!!

Indulge in the ultimate urban escape with our two-bedroom gem, perched on the first floor overlooking Kingsland High Street - a lively thoroughfare in the heart of Dalston. Here, historic architecture meets contemporary culture, with a host of eateries, boutiques, and galleries just steps away.  
  
The modern open-plan living room and kitchen are bright and spacious, thanks to high ceilings and large sash windows that showcase views of the bustling street. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and you can enjoy your creations in the dining area, which seats four and offers a front-row seat to the vibrant life in Dalston.  
  
Retire to the tranquil bedroom with its extra-wide super king-size bed for restful slumber. The second bedroom doubles as an office with a stylish teak desk and a comfy sofa - also suitable as extra sleeping space for one guest. Both bedrooms are adorned with crisp, hotel-quality linens ensuring a restorative sleep.  
  
The bathroom invites you to unwind in the lavish bathtub, complete with plush towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.  
Other things to note  
\-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!  
  
\-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.  
  
\-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.  
  
\-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!  
  
\-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.  
  
\-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.  
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.  
  
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.  
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you will be charged 100 GBP.  
  
\- Please respect the neighbours and don't play loud music or TV after 10 pm.  
  
\- Please respect my place and treat it as your own - I'm sure you will have a great stay here!  
  
There are security cameras in the building, but not inside the flat.  
  
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
