The staff were very friendly. Good location, a short walk to the tube station, several cafes and supermarkets nearby, and a nice part of town. The room was clean and quite big for London, and had an iron, which is always nice. Also laundry downstairs was a huge positive. However, the mattress in the room was quite old and had some springs poking out. Location is fantastic and rooms are well proportioned and sized. However few things - bleach used to clean bathroom is pungent and remained strong whole visit. Rooms aren't soundproofed as advertised- can hear outside / neighbour's. We were close to DLR, Bus and Rail services. Local shops wee easy to get to and had everything we needed. The room was spacious compared to others we stayed in in London. The whatsapp chat to get the parking details were quick and informative. The room was nice although we had an issue with one of the windows that didn't close fully but the reception staff were easy to reach and helpful. Using the Whatsapp chat again we were able to request late check out on the morning effortlessly. The carpark is very handy although worth noting there is a short walk to the hotel.
