Personnel du font desk méprisant, non commercial, le restaurant plus que cheap pratiquant des prix abusifs pour de la nourriture de cafétéria, le parking payant pour aller garer son véhicule à plus de 300m quand il pleut ! Des chambres absolument non adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite (Lave vaisselle, micro ondes en hauteur ?! Porte de salle de bain qui pèse des tonnes), son peu de standing

What a pleasant surprise! Super easy check in, convenient to London Heathrow, super nice front desk staff and WONDERFUL BREAKFAST - variety of fresh fruits, meats, cheese, hot items, waffles, and delicious bakery included in rate. Adjacent to Holiday Inn if you wanted to walk next door to sports bar / restaurant. Our suite was spacious and clean. Would definately come back.

I was super impressed by this property, it felt like a 5 star hotel to me. The hotel was spotless, the room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could need, and all of the staff members I encountered were extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also great with a variety of hot foods, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay again!

Property states it is a 15 min walk from the airport. That's a mistake. Absolutely no way to walk to it. Taxi is required for any travel to/from this location. Otherwise hotel and adjoining restaurant were great. Very quiet for someplace so close to an airport. Breakfast was also fresh and with several options.

Perfectly appointed beautiful little apartments, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. One thing to be aware of is the parking, with the nearest spaces at the side filling up pretty fast and a bit of a trek from the spaces at the to the front of the hotel if you have bags. Overall, would be very happy to stay there again.

Pretty standard airport hotel. Only complaint; we had requested adjoining rooms for us and our kids. The staff originally had adjoining rooms for us, let us check in to one, but said the other wasn't available yet as it was being cleaned. Check back later. We did check back later only to find out that the room had been given to someone else.

This small hotel was a real surprise. Our first time in London, we picked this option completely blind, guided by the location on the map and the reviews. Well, it did not disappoint. The property itself is very quintessential London. The street is very quite but just around the corner, half a block a way, the area comes to live with shops, restaurants and bars, and three tube stations (2 lines). Hyde Park a short walking distance. The property was clean, comfy beds, nice linens and generous breakfast at a very reasonable price. Staff was very kind and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay at this property again. Hopefully soon!

Positive points: lovely room, can’t fault the facilities at all. Convenient for the airport and parking is a real bonus, as was social hour. Negative point: receptionist said she’d booked a minicab for 0425 as requested but she hadn’t, causing us considerable anxiety. The night receptionist was very helpful and he organised a taxi so we were at the airport by 0515. I would definitely stay here again.
