We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following activities:

\- Drug use  
\- Fraudulent behaviour  
\- Identity theft  
\- Document forgery  
\- Illegal or criminal activities  
\- Human trafficking  
\- Modern slavery  
\- Pets (without prior approval)  
\- Parties or events  
\- Excessive noise (including loud music and shouting)  
  
Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential legal consequences.  
  
Booking and Identification  
  
Guests must sign our terms and conditions and provide valid photo identification before arrival.  
\- The ID must match the name on the booking and the payment cardholder.  
\- If a third party is paying, all relevant IDs must be provided.
