Located on the first floor, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, perfect for solo travellers or couples. The smoke-free property features a living room, bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen, and large double length balcony. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table that can seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The bedroom comes complete with a king size bed. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with an overhead shower. \*\*DISCLAIMER\*\* The property is listed on the market for sale and between 28th July 2025 and 30th September 2025 it is expected that access to the property will be required 2 or 3 times during the next couple of months as part of the sale process. With our experience in this part of London, we recommend visiting restaurants Brawn, El Ganso and Little Georgia in the nearby area, or if you want to experience a British tradition, try out one of our London pubs, such as The Virgin Queen (2 minute walk). The property is also just a 2 minute walk from bus routes 55, 26 and 48, providing easy access to Shoreditch, Liverpool Street/City, Old Street, London Bridge, St Pauls and Oxford Circus. Also within walking distance are Hoxton overground station (10 minutes) and the central line (15 minutes).
