The living area has a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV. Additional features are the underfloor heating and a private balcony. Strong Wi-Fi is available throughout. ENTRANCE: \- As you enter, a convenient laundry area has a washer and dryer. \- The bathroom adjacent to the laundry area features a shower over the bathtub. \- Fast Wi-Fi OPENPLAN LIVING: \- The open living space boasts a comfortable double bed (measuring 135 x 190 cm / 4.4 x 6.2 feet). \- A versatile sofa bed offers extra seating during the day and an additional sleeping option for 3rd and 4th guests. \- Dining table with four chairs. \- Smart TV \- A spacious wardrobe and a full-length mirror. \- Bedside lamps and floor lamp KITCHEN: \- The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an induction cooker, and an oven.
