The pictures could use updating as the furniture is different than the listing. There is not a pull out bed on any of the couches but there is an extra bedroom with a double bed. The host was hard to get in touch with on the app, but responds to text. Checkin was incredibly easy. Bathrooms need a little work as the main shower curtain isn’t long enough and water splashes all over the floor and on the the carpet in the hall. This leaves a mildew smell. The communication with Vincenzo renting the property was great. His recommendation for dinner at Kappa nearby was very much appreciated and the video for access was a nice touch so that we knew exactly what to expect.
