This modern and tastefully decorated apartment is in a tranquil and picturesque area surrounded by green spaces. The apartment features an open floor plan, a homely living room with a large sofa, a widescreen TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two. The kitchen has all the necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The bathroom features all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is in Mill Hill, a suburban district in the Borough of Barnet. It is a tranquil and picturesque area with residential properties and green spaces. Mill Hill is known for its historical sites, such as the 18th-century St. Paul's Church and the RAF Museum, located nearby. The area also has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops, particularly along the main street, Mill Hill Broadway. The site is well-connected to other parts of London, with a few bus routes and a nearby train station (Mill Hill Broadway Station). Overall, it is a peaceful and charming area with an outstanding urban and rural living balance. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The Mill Hill Broadway train Station is just 15-mins walk. Heathrow Airport airport is a 50-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
