Bright sunny small self-contained studio with its own independent entrance, tucked away at the back of a small private garden. Quiet and safe area. All new with quality double bed with big square French pillows and 'traversin' (bolster), equipped kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle & small electric oven (but no hob), toaster. Shower, wc, TV etc. Reading table, wifi, lightproof blinds. Lovely upmarket safe neighbourhood. Near to 3 stations (Overground and Underground, central London in 10 minutes) with nearby supermarkets, cafés, dozens of restaurants. Really lovely, bright and clean in quiet yard. Excellent airport connections nearby. Very reasonably priced for what is on offer. You can go out for breakfast to local cafés or bring back your own. Ideally situated for access to central London and within a reasonably priced taxi ride back from town. This is a strictly NO SMOKING cosy little studio with great transport and facilities nearby. We really enjoyed coming back here in the evening from the hustle and bustle from central London. The tube station is only a 7 minute walk up Belsize and only takes 20 minutes to get Central. Communication with Edward was excellent and we really appreciated the early check-in. During the day you can hear the car doors slamming from the parking lot and street noise but we slept really well at night. The bed is quite comfortable. Perhaps it's the time of year but we felt like it was really damp and could use a dehumidifier. LOL but don't use the one on the air conditioner as stated. We did notice that the back of the air conditioner screw in side filter could be cleaned making it run more efficiently. We enjoyed the fan mode for white noise at night Every morning the bathroom light over the shower did not turn on and at first we thought it didn't work but realized quickly we just had to turn off the light switch and back on again for it to flick on. Also the bathroom fan only works when the bathroom light is on. The key to the studio is an old school skeleton key that takes a little getting used to although the garden door has a keypad and code with a normal key making the entire studio feel very safe. My partner and I definitely recommend staying here and we also recommend the Zara Cafe on the corner for a quick delicious convenient friendly breakfast. ##### Chantal B.
