Wonderful hotel
Stayed for 1 night during our visit to London, the staff on reception were phenomenal. They helped us in ever way they could, very friendly and cheerful. We had the breakfast, which was extremely reasonably priced and freshly cooked. Would stay again if I’m the area! 😁😁

Lovely room for the price, super close to plenty of restaurants and the tube is only 5 minutes away. The staff were lovely every time we interacted. Would definitely stay again. x

Very good service. Very clean. They room was tiny but the location in Marylebone is very good. A couple of blocks from the subway and very walkable to Picadilly Circus, Soho, etc

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walkable to the Baker st station, to Oxford st and varied dining options. It is located on a quiet street and the staff is helpful and friendly.

It was very convenient-within walking distance of Marble Arch, Oxford St. Baker St station and lots of other places! The beds were very comfortable and place was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again..stayed 7 nights.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Excellent location with easy access to underground and buses. Many restaurants in area. Room accommodated three adults, but was small. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom sink was the smallest I’ve ever seen and awkwardly placed below a glass shelf, so a bit difficult to use

A very friendly welcome, room clean and quiet, and an ideal base for my operation and partner visits at the nearby King Edwards’s hospital. Good base for anyone visiting London also!

Disappointing experience
I was most disappointed because I was looking forward to a queen size bed, but it was a double. My own bed is a double. It was definitely not a queen. There was no heating, you needed a password to turn it on and the shower door was missing. They put up a curtain instead. Lastly, there were no channels on the TV because the coaxial cable was broken. I wish I had gone elsewhere. If they can't meet requirements of what was described in the room, was it worth the amount you paid for? No.

Location, location, location. Very handy (and you pay for that) to a concert hall I wanted to walk to. High Street Marylebone is a delightful museum of bourgie tumbril goodies. Handy to Marylebone rail station and Baker Street tube station. Accommodation itself was nice, clean, and orderly.

Disappointing. Great location and clean. Basic but what we needed. However not suitable for families. Young child with us, yet they checked a young couple in the adjourning room to us at midnight with only one aim. Weren’t helpful when asked for support in trying to get them to be quiet. Finally they stopped at 4am. Even when we asked in the morning they barely said sorry. Luckily child thinks it was just dogs barking in the night.

A reasonable stay in a good central location
Good central location with very little traffic noise, although we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms/housekeeping within the hotel. We had a twin room on the first floor and it was clean and a reasonable size, with decent amenities (kettle, tea/coffee, fridge, hairdryer). However, the beds were extremely narrow (we're both petite women and we struggled!) and they had no top sheets, only duvets. This wouldn't have been a huge issue, but the room itself was very hot, and the air con/heating was all centrally controlled. This meant we ended up jumping up and down every few minutes to open/close the windows, trying to keep it at a reasonable temperature. Our booking also said the room would have a bath, when in fact it only had a shower. We considered asking to move (I couldn't have a shower the night of the stay for medical reasons), but we decided not to bother – the hotel had accommodated a very early check in for us (no charge), which was hugely appreciated. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that aspect.

Good value, clean and tidy, nice staff
Needed a twin room to share with my daughter who was attending a workshop close by. The hotel room had two single beds. Although the room was a bit small as with the twin beds one was really close to door, I suspect it was normally a small double room and bed was separated..so was a squeeze to get in with bags. The room and ensuite were clean, and tidy, basics available, tea making facilities, soap and shower gels etc. Staff were helpful, Covid advice in place. Breakfast was good value and cooked to order or self serve if we wanted something lighter. Overall impressed so booked in advance for next visit. Only wish is for a larger twin room next visit.

Pleasant surprise
Very clean, and had everything I needed for one night close to where I needed to be. Room size was fine for just me, not fancy but felt comfortable and safe which is what I’m looking for when travelling alone. Would stay here again.

Great place
It was a good place to rest your head. The staff was very friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was in a good location. It was about a 7 minute walk to Regents University, 10-15 minutes to most food and train or bus station.

Property is clean. I like the in-room fridge and coffee and tea. Only minimal toiletries provided. Breakfast is decent and reasonable price. Hotel staff are neither friendly nor unfriendly. Convenient location to many restaurants. Windows in room were not sound proof - I can hear people talking on the street from my room on the first floor.

Regents Hotel
The hotel itself was in a very good location. It was close to many restaurants, shops, and subway. However, the hotel itself did not have many amenities such as a café, gym, etc.
