I stayed at the top floor there is no elevator and taking the luggage to the room was extremely hard. But low floors are more noisy because of the school across the facility. There were few windows that are not opening. The room was hot but for winter time it was wonderful. Kitchen was very well equipped. They solved all of my problems within 24 hrs. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that can be added is a nespresso machine. The neighborhood was nice close to park, three supermarkets, a market ay weekends, metro and overground stations. Newly renovated, clean, vaulted ceiling, large window overlooking neighboring rear gardens, easy access, and in a really nice, convenient neighborhood (Co-op, Sainsburys, cafes, restaurants, bars, tube stations, etc). I then complained at 3:00am as I couldn’t sleep and was then given a fan on the next day at 4:30pm and was told they can provide air conditioning at an extra cost. Put it this way, if booking in summer DONT! If I wanted to go to a sauna I would’ve went to a spa. Neighbors doors was slamming all night and no one had consideration after 8:00pm. Checkin was fast and easy. I contacted the management staff for restaurant recommendations and they were happy to reply!
