I know they are renovating, my room was "finished " but there were a few things off, the second door to the bathroom was very hard to open, the heat /air vent sounds like a vacuum running and the fan in the bathroom, that comes on when you turn the lights on sounds like a motor boat, parking lot needs to be redone as well, theres large potholes

Booked via expedia and non refundable. Only after confirmation sent did we get notice of ongoing remodeling. My wife has sensitive breathing issues and wears a mask when out. She had to wear it in hotel. Would not have booked if expedia reported this prior to completion of booking.

The room was recently renovated so very clean and also spacious. Value for what we got was great. We had two night stay and Saturday when we when out our room was not made up, but when we asked about it they quickly sent someone with fresh towels and to empty garbage etc.

This is obviiusly temporary, but when we arrived the sign was in Lou t, the drive was blocked, and workers were moving many boxes of furniture into the building. The lobby was makeshift, set up in the breakfast room, and we were told that instead of breakfast we would get a bag of carryout. A little warning would have been nice so we could have booked elsewhere. The room was newly refurbished and very nice, though a couple of light switches didn’t turn anything on or off. This place will be a nice hotel when they get the kinks worked out, probably in a week or so. Todays date 2/22/24

Stayed in unit #116. No phone in room. Much prefer TV in bedroom not suite room. Very poor reception on TV. No hooks in bathroom to hang any toiletries, towels or clothing on. Door from bathroom to bedroom doesn’t latch; the latch bolt and striker plate hole don’t line up. Not sure how door was hung but if you close it, it pops open as soon as you let go of the handle. Suite could use another small garbage can or recycling bin. No complimentary shampoo which we didn’t bring with us. Perhaps ownership is in too big a hurry to generate cash flow during renovations to pay attention to detail. If I am a bit harsh please correct me on any of my observations

Rooms are nicely renovated, Perfect floor for wheelchair, without carpet. Breakfast in a bag during renovation, good effort and acceptable. Too bad there is no room with bars for handicap, although rooms are easy to access.

There was a bathtub with no stopper. I called to the front desk to ask for one and it took over two hours to bring me one. Then the guy was aggressively banging on the door. I had to tell him that I no longer needed it as he woke me up out of a dead sleep, there was coffee with a coffee maker and no cream or sugar. I was not impressed whatsoever. You should not be advertising hotels that are under this amount of construction as available.
