This first floor apartment is just a short walk from where it’s all hip and happening. At the same time it is on a quiet street surrounded by trees. The space Plenty of thought (not to mention money) has gone into the renovation of this 1-bed first floor apartment. The first thing you’ll probably notice is how the high ceilings and big windows give the place a real sense of spaciousness. Nowhere more so than in the lounge, in which you should immediately feel at home. That’s thanks to the fireplace, bookshelves, dining table and widescreen TV, which you can watch from the comfy sofa. You’ll find another big window in the bedroom, together with a beautifully presented king size bed and mirrored wardrobe in which to store your stuff. The bathroom has been refurbished too and features a bath with shower. And the kitchen’s new as well, with a shiny white floor that matches the colour of the units that house an integral oven, fridge and freezer. This place really has all the style of some of the best hotels, with the added advantage of all the facilities and freedom you get when you’re at home. It’s located on the first floor and accessed via steps outside the front of the property and a staircase inside. The owners offer you exclusive use of their apartment. Other things to note LONGER STAYS - For bookings 14 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper. Please let us know the purpose of your stay when enquiring/booking. If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
