Located one street away from the heart of Portobello Road market, and all its shops, restaurants and bars. Walk in to a large living room featuring a bay window that floods the room with natural light, a large original feature fire place, a beautiful ceiling rose and gloriously high ceilings providing grandeur to the room. The double bedroom has a peaceful feel with a quiet garden aspect and features ample built-in storage. In between the bedroom and living room is the bathroom, then down a few steps to the kitchen come dining room situated at the rear of the flat. The kitchen leads directly into the decked private garden which has a calming water feature under a beautiful magnolia tree and outside seating on the decking, perfect for a morning coffee! It is on a busy road but the noise did not disturb us. However, the living room serves as a bedroom as well and is definitely not suitable. It is extremely loud because it faces a very busy street and the windows are very drafty. It was almost impossible to get a good night´s sleep - even with earplugs. Definitely only recommendable for two people - the sleeping room in the rear part of the flat is nice, cosy and quiet.
