Overall, our stay was okay. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful—and they even allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was also good. However, we were quite disappointed because the hotel was listed with free self-parking when we booked, but upon arrival, there was no parking available. The only option was paid street parking across the road, costing £23.31 every 4 hours for three days. It was only free between 3:30 PM and 9:00 AM.

This was ny second time staying at this property. My first time was October 2024, 2nd time August 2025\. This hotel provides comfort and convenience. I especially want to thank Frezer for her consistent and warm hospitality. Frezer always took the time to ensure my stay was comfortable and i had everything i needed. I will stay here again.

Expedia has misinformations about this property. There is no free parking off site or on site like it mentioned on here. We paid extra for superior room because it mentioned it has King bed but there was no king beds at this property. The Only king bed it had was in disabled room. There was mold and hair in the bathroom. Crumbs all over room which i informed the front desk, on what the guy said that "robots clean the room so we don't know what it does".
