For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.  
  
Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00\. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.  
  
Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100\. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!  
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.   
  
Before you arrive, the property requires you to complete a short online check-in form for all guests who will be staying to confirm arrival details. Please complete this a minimum of 72 hours before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.  
  
Keys can be collected directly at the property upon check-in.

#### Fabulous location and layout but unclean

The location and layout of this apartment is fabulous and is definitely a highlight however the property was dirty. The worst aspect however was the fact that the property was full of the owners belongings including clothes in wardrobes, stuffed under beds etc. Not great
