A side table, lamp, and storage space are provided for your belongings, so you can unpack and feel at home. In addition to that we have a small sofa, that can be converted into sofa bed. We have a full-size kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking essentials, which lets you prepare breakfast, quick meals, or even a full dinner. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee before heading out, or enjoying a quiet meal in, you’ll find everything you need. There’s also a dining/work space, with a sturdy table and chair that doubles as your breakfast spot and laptop-friendly workspace. The studio is fitted with fast WiFi, perfect for streaming, remote working, or staying connected with family and friends. The bathroom is private and modern, with a refreshing shower, fluffy towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to get you started. This is a space designed for solo travellers, couples, or business visitors who want a comfortable base to return to while experiencing all that London has to offer. Compact yet complete, this studio gives you the freedom of a self-contained home with the buzz of East London right outside your door Guests have access to all of the rooms, including lounge/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom •⁠ ⁠Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. •⁠ The property is on the second floor, with no lift. The stairs can be a bit narrow •⁠ ⁠Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. •⁠ ⁠No pets allowed •⁠ ⁠No unregistered guests allowed •⁠ ⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume •⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows •⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. •⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. •⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys.
