Easy transport links and right next to arena where we were visiting, our room overlooking the excel arena was amazing the way it was lit up at night. Brilliant staff, food and service.

The hotel was ok. The person booking in breakfast was rude! Most items at breakfast had run out! We were told at reception they don’t do room service but we can order from outside food services, only to be told by security we can’t eat it. Not the most enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, fab location for Excel. Staff were lovely. Couple tiny downs, the pillows were a bit cheap feeling and it was £9 for a Baileys at the bar. Other than that, excellent

The hotel is airy, clean and quiet. The bedrooms are large modern and clean. The problem was at breakfast I had to wait an age to get an egg, the staff couldn't keep up with the demand. Also on the last morning, there was no hot water in the entire hotel so had to have a freezing cold shower. Not impressed as this is not a cheap hotel.

Clean, comfortable by the dock, near DLR
All good but tried to charge £20 when we arrived about an hour before check in time for 'early check in' despite the room being ready, we just waited 50 mins.

Really enjoyed my stay room was lovely and spacious! If you like a firmer mattress the bed is perfect but for myself I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable. Great links to the o2 arena using the cable cars or via Uber it’s about 30 mins. Hotel has security during the night so you feel super safe.

Okay for cheap/mid price hotel in London
Check in & out and staff were great. The room seemed nice when we first arrived however some parts seemed dirty (photos attached of skirting & fridge). The room and hotel were also very warm, even with the window open and heating turned off.
Shelf in fridge seemed dirty.
Skirting appears to have some build up

Booked a standard room with Queen bed and sofa bed for myself and my son. I received email the day before arrival asking if I'd like to upgrade at an additional cost from standard room with double bed and sofa bed to Queen bed etc. I emailed the hotel and was assured I was booked into room with Queen bed and sofa bed. Arrived at hotel, checked in, went to our room to find double bed, no bedding for sofa bed, stains on floor, walls and sofa and a very unpleasant damp musty sweaty smell, plus coffee table on its side apparently used as bedside table? The air con was making noise but no air coming out and the fridge with milk in wasnt on. I rang down to reception to complain and asked to move rooms. She had to call me back and offered an executive room instead which was very nice indeed, it had coffee machine, dressing gowns to use and slippers. I hadnt booked breakfast as was only available as an add on and very expensive but was given a voucher for money off. After getting up later than planned i decided to get us breakfast anyway but staff there very confused by this and after 3 people discussing it and staring over at us, a lady came over and said they couldnt authorise our food and then asked what our room number was I explained again that i was paying as stated, more conversation and staring before coming over with card machine and saying English breakfast. The man left at the door then spent most of time side eyeing us so felt we wasn't allowed anything else ?

Great hotel
Booked for a course in North Greenwich that was cancelled. Quiet,calm location.Welcoming environment (perhaps smell of pot pouring /air freshener rather too heavy in ground level entrance and lift area but least smelt pleasant!).Very impressed with size of room and facilities,comfortable bed,great black out curtains,good shower and quiet room with window that opened as opposed to many hotels with closed systems.Good area for connections on Jubilee line(and DLR) only few minutes walk from Custom House. I'd stay again.

Weekend Break
Great location for the O2. Friendly staff, great views over Royal Victoria Dock and a good selection for breakfast. Easy to get to with the Elizabeth line taking you direct from Paddington.
