This well-presented studio flat offers a bright and functional base in the heart of Fulham, complete with a private terrace for enjoying the outdoors. Ideal for solo travellers or a couple, the flat places you within walking distance of Fulham Broadway’s high street shops, cafés and transport links.  
  
DISCLAIMER!: Please note, the property is located off a busy street, and there may be occasional noise during certain times of the day!  
There is a washing machine in the communal area!

North End Road offers the best of Fulham’s urban energy and local charm. Lined with a mix of high-street shops, international grocers, and independent cafés, the area has a true neighbourhood feel. The popular North End Road Market is just outside your door — a lively spot for fresh produce, baked goods, and local bites.  
  
Green space is also close at hand. Eel Brook Common (0.4 miles) offers open lawns and tree-lined paths, while Normand Park (0.3 miles) features a café, fitness facilities, and landscaped gardens. For shopping or a night out, Fulham Broadway’s cinema, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within a 7-minute walk.  
  
This location offers excellent connections for exploring London:  
  
• Fulham Broadway Station (District Line) – approx. 0.4 miles / 8-minute walk  
• West Brompton Station (Overground & National Rail) – approx. 0.6 miles / 12-minute walk  
• Bus routes on North End Road connect to Earl’s Court, Chelsea, Hammersmith and beyond  
• Santander Cycles available nearby for quick local trips

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.  
  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.  
  
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:  
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.  
  
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
