It’s a great location and the staff are excellent however the property is in serious need of renovation. We stayed in 1C a 3 bed. The double glazing isn’t recent double glazing and so you can really hear Earl’s Court Road it’s very noisy to the point that our kids couldn’t sleep. Management were quick to respond to our complaints that the double glazing was broken and fixed but it needs a renovation as still felt like you were sleeping on the road. I was planning to work out of the flat but the WiFi is terrible. It only really works in one room. Yes the doors are old solid wood but you can buy WiFi’s boosters for each room, this is what we did when we owned a similar flat. The cleaner was lovely but the curtains needed dry cleaning, there was dirt on top of the fridge and carpets needs clearning. I think the staff do a great job with what could be a great property but it’s in need of some TLC and modernizing.
