New 5-Bed & 4 bathroom House in Croydon

Newly Renovated 5-bedroom house set over three floors with 3 bathrooms (including one en-suite).

*Great Location"
Located 15min walk or 7min bus ride from East Croydon station with trains that take 16min to reach London Bridge, and 15min to London Victoria.
4min walk from bus stop and mini-supermarket.

The house has just undergone a full refurbishment.

Please refer to the floorplan for the property layout.
Each floor has at least one bathroom. Most bedrooms also have a "teapoint".

Across the garden is a large outbuilding, where there are sofas and a TV which is a great place for everyone to relax in the evenings.

The property can accommodate up to 10 guests, but please note that if you have more than 8 guests, the 2 extra guests will have to sleep on mattresses in one of the 5 rooms (extra mattresses, bedding, linen etc will be provided).
