OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: \- We manage several units in this building. \- Only the guests registered at the time of booking will have access to the apartment. \- Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment. \- A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security. \- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. \- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions. \- The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 2 guests.
