Yaseen (the owner) had excellent communication and shared detailed guidance/photos that made it easy to get settled in. And it was such a pleasure chatting with John (our in-person contact), who helped welcome us and gave lots of great sight-seeing advice. He even had some fruit and water waiting for us, which was a nice surprise after a long travel day!The flat was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a very safe, convenient location close to several Tube and bus stops, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The flat had lots of great features such as smart washer/dryer, heated floors (which would be nice in the summer), fans (which we appreciated during the heatwave), and much more.We’d absolutely recommend this flat to anyone visiting London, and would happily stay here again! ##### Rachel C.
